I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.

I will not accept work involving content that I am uncomfortable creating.

The commissioner must provide clear and accurate references before work begins.

Major changes to the original request may require an additional fee.

I retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

I reserve the right to display and share commissioned artwork on my social media, website, portfolio, commission examples, or promotional materials.

Payments are accepted through PayPal in USD, VGen, or Ko-fi only.

Full payment is required upfront before I begin working.

I will not begin a commission until payment has been received and confirmed.

Additional fees may apply for complex requests, major revisions, commercial use, or urgent deadlines.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in the loss of permission to use the commissioned work and may result in the commissioner being blacklisted from future services.

Refunds are only available before I begin working on the commission.

Once work has started, refunds will not be provided.

If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I will issue an appropriate refund.

If the commissioner becomes unresponsive for an extended period, the commission may be placed on hold or considered abandoned.

Commissions may take anywhere from several days to one week, depending on complexity, workload, and communication.

Larger or more detailed commissions may require additional time.

Please inform me of any required deadline before payment.

Commissions with a strict or expedited deadline will require an additional rush fee.

Turnaround time may be affected if the commissioner is slow to respond or provide necessary information.

Reasonable revisions may be requested during the appropriate stage of the commission.

Revisions that significantly change the original concept, pose, design, layout, or agreed scope may require an additional fee.

Changes requested after the final artwork has been approved may also require an additional fee.

Mistakes made by me that do not match the agreed request will be corrected at no additional cost.

You may not claim, trace, copy, edit, or present my work as your own creation.

Credit is required whenever my artwork is posted or used publicly.

Credit should be given using my name, username, or a direct link to my page when possible.

You may not remove my signature or watermark without permission.

Personal-use commissions may not be used for profit, advertising, merchandise, monetized content, or other commercial purposes unless commercial rights have been purchased or agreed upon beforehand.

Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give the original files to others for their use.

My work may not be minted, sold, distributed, or otherwise used as an NFT or cryptocurrency-related product.

My work may not be used to train, develop, promote, or interact with generative AI systems.

My work may not be submitted to AI generators, AI editing tools, datasets, machine-learning systems, or similar technologies.

My work may not be used for illegal, hateful, defamatory, or harmful purposes.

These restrictions apply to both the finished artwork and any sketches, drafts, or work-in-progress images provided during the commission process.
